DAY 0Departure
Our representative will pick you up from Bangalore at 11 pm.
Pickups available at Hebbal, Gorguntepalya Nayandahalli and Mysore Road (NICE ROAD Junction).
DAY 1Temple Run & Beach
Reach our homestay and checkin in morning at 6 am. Freshup and have breakfast.
Visit Kanhirangad Vaidyanathan temple, Trichambaram Krishna temple & Parasinikkadavu Muthappan temple.
Have lunch on the way, reach the stay and relax.
By 3 pm, head to Peralassery temple and experience the majestic pond (fish spa).
Payyambalayam beach sunset.
Have dinner on the way to return. Overnight stay.
DAY 2Kottiyor Mahotsav
Wake up call at 2 am. Start the journey towards Kottiyor temple by 3 am sharp.
Experience the powerful Kottiyor Mahotsav in Dakshina Kashi.
Based on the rush, finish the Dharshan and return back to the stay.
Have breakfast and checkout at 11 am.
Start your return journey towards Bangalore with POWERFUL UTSAVAM memories.
Return drop at Bangalore at 8 pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified by GP Travels. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip start date as informed by the company. Failure of Program or advance payment leads to the automatic cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation must be informed in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the company’s cancellation policy and timelines. Certain components such as train tickets, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and permits may be non-refundable depending on the supplier policies.

3. Itinerary Changes

GP Travels reserves the right to modify or alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, government regulations, local situations, or operational requirements. Any such changes will be made in the best interest and safety of the travelers. Unexpected delays or slight change may occur due to unexpected rush and road blocks. Itinerary plan might be modified according to that at anytime. Frequent changing of itinerary is not permitted until or unless accepted by the company. Any additional charges incurred due to that should be bearable by the guests.

4. Transportation

Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary. GP Travels will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, railway/airline schedule changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additional usage of vehicle other than the plan will be an additional charge, which is bearable by customer. AC will be functioned only at the time of vehicle running & will not be functioned during hills. In case of group trips, seat allocation will be based on men and women headcount. Travellers should be flexible with seat allocation and should not argue with tour coordinator. Any damage made or vomiting in vehicle should be taken charge by customer. Driver bata after 8 pm and before 6 am is additional.

5. Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided in the mentioned category of hotels or similar standards, subject to availability. Room allocation will follow the standard check-in and check-out policies of the respective hotels. Bring your own toiletries. In case of group trips, room allocation will be based on men and women headcount. There may be chances that one or two people from your gang gets seperated. Guests should be flexible in room allocation. Standard checkin and checkout time is 1 pm and 11 am respectively. Late checkout charges should be bearable by the guests.

6. Meal Policy

Meals included in the package will be provided as a pre-fixed menu based on the confirmed group headcount. Any additional food items, beverages, or orders beyond the package inclusions must be paid directly by the customer. Food options will be only based on availability in that region.

7. Personal Expenses

Expenses such as shopping, laundry, additional meals, personal transport, tips, camera fees, entry tickets not mentioned in inclusions, or any other personal expenses are not included in the package and must be borne by the traveler.

8. Responsibility of Travelers

Travelers are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings, travel documents, and valuables during the trip. GP Travels will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

9. Health & Safety

Participants must ensure they are physically fit to travel and inform the company in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements. GP Travels will not be responsible for any medical issues arising during the trip.

10. Behavior & Group Discipline

All travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior with fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. GP Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip if their behavior affects the group experience or safety. Strictly no alcohol consumption in vehicle and during the trip.

11. Travel Documents

Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the trip. For international travel, participants must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents.

12. Force Majeure

GP Travels shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond the company’s control.

13. Liability

GP Travels acts as a travel organizer and facilitator. The company shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, or airlines.

14. Photography & Media

Photographs or videos taken during the trip may be used by GP Travels for promotional purposes on social media, website, or marketing materials, unless the participant specifically requests otherwise.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking and making the payment, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions of GP Travels. In case of overruling our terms and conditions, GP TRAVELS has the complete rights to cancel the trip without prior notice and program cost will not be refunded.
